Honey Production Our honey producing project is an example of how valuable it can be to get communities working together. One of the self-help groups we work with, the Ilikoni Bee Keepers, have shared their expertise and encouraged other groups to take up the challenge of producing honey, and other useful bee-related products. We have also helped them to improve their yields by providing groups with modern bee-hives and basic training.
