3 men, 3 countries, 3 Mountains, 3 Lakes... and everything in between!  The Excellent Triathlon was a record setting, ultra endurance event. Three fabulous fundraisers, brothers Richard & David Barnes and friend Paul Mace undertook the heroic feat of cycling across England, Scotland and Wales to climb each countries highest 3 mountains and swim their longest 3 lakes, and they completed it in a week. Total of: Climbing - 11,168 feet
Swimming - 40 miles Cycling - 500 miles  The event raised funds to provide water and create sustainable development with community groups in Kenya. Their success
will help build small-scale sand dams that can hold an amazing 2 to 10 million litres of clean water in some of the driest areas in the world. Each dam provides a sustainable clean water supply for up to 1,200 people, their animals and nurseries for trees and vegetables and will recharge itself for at least 30 to 50 years Party ED threw a homecoming party to congratulate the Triathletes, and to do a little extra fundraising in the form of a charity raffle and aution, all made possible by the generousity of some fabulous sponsors: Sponors

When it comes to the designs it is all about one artist, one ego! Each design is a combination of photography, illustration, graphics and many different inspirations from people, music, sport and art. City Salsa is the brain child of professional dancer and instructor Peter 'Rico' Mapuri. Along with fellow instructors 'Rico' teaches begginer to advanced Afro-Cuban and New York style dance at Digress in Soho, London.
