Chairman
Stephen Owen Stephen is a senior finance professional, with extensive international experience across a number of business sectors, specialising in Finance/Business strategy, Financial Reporting and the design, implementation and management of financial systems and processes.
Treasurer
Nigel Melville
Nigel brings extensive business experience along with his experience as Treasurer of the National Osteoporosis Society.
Trustee
Darren Worsley, Managing Director, James Grant Management Ltd. Darren supported the original work of Simon Maddrell back in 1985 and was therefore delighted to use his business experience to support the launch and development of Excellent Development. Jenine has a degree in economics and is passionate about environmental and development issues. She worked for HSBC's asset management division for nearly 24 years, most recently as a senior member of the charities team, before leaving in October 2008 to devote more time to charity sector work. Jenine is also a member of the Finance and Audit committee of Christian Aid; a non-executive director of Town & Country Housing Group; and a trustee of Fairpensions (a charity which campaigns for responsible investment).
Marketing Director
Mark Murphy, Director, Oyster Luxury Travel & Diving Ltd
Mark has over 15 years domestic and international Marketing experience working with some of the UK's largest plc's. More recently Mark formed and now runs his own International travel company.
