Thomas Cooper
While enjoying a successful interior design career in New York City, Thomas realised that his connections together with his experience in development finance, put him in a great position to do some 'good work'. Having grown up in a farming community he knows the importance of working co-operatively and passionately believes in Excellent Development's unique approach of environmental protection driven development.

Wendy Merdian
With an educational background in African studies and having lived in Ukambani for 18 months, back in 1981, Wendy is excited to be involved with Excellent Development. Wendy is a primary school teacher by profession. Since her most recent trip to Kenya in 2006, when she visited many of Excellent Development's self-help groups, she has been taking fund raising courses and attending development conferences and workshops. Wendy looks forward to supporting the work of Excellent Development Kenya.
